Find Your Perfect Place to Stay in East Tennessee
There’s no better way to experience the Lakeside than in one of our mountain cabins or on the shores of one of our RV campgrounds overlooking the lake.
Find the perfect place to kick back at the end of your lake day when you browse our lakeside cabins, RV campgrounds, and more!
Begin your trip by discovering the area!
You may have spent some time in the car today, but we highly recommend as you get into town and get settled in that you take some time to explore our historic downtowns or take a scenic drive on one our byways.
After your travels, you’re bound to be a tad hungry. Luckily for you, we have a variety of food options available to you. If you’re looking for some local fare, head to Lisa’s Country Kitchen for a southern-style meal that will please your taste buds and leave you satisfied. For those of you itching to get lakeside, stop into Off the Hook Bar & Grill for surf and/or turf.
You’ll be spending the next few days basking in the sun and playing in the lake, so why not take the time this afternoon/evening to stop in and treat yourself to a souvenir! From general stores to antique shops and everything in between, our area has a variety of shops for you to find that perfect Lakeside keepsake!
Is it truly a lake day if you don’t take advantage of one of our many lakeside eateries? There are few things better than docking your boat, tossing on a cover up, and heading to your table for some delicious food and refreshing beverages! Both lakes have prime lakeside restaurants with food that will please even your pickiest eater.
Head to one of the many area marinas for boat rentals, including pontoons. Many of the marinas also offer kayak, paddleboard, and other water sport rentals as well. Grab all your water toys, and let’s get ready for a great day on the lake!
Shake your sea legs, and schedule a tee time!
If you’re worn out from your day on the lake, spend some time on the land and play a round (or more!) of golf or mini golf. Jefferson County is home to several courses, as well as a mini course and a practice facility. Grab the family and get ready for a day that’s bound to be above par.
Before you head out, take a drive through scenic Appalachia!
Jefferson County is nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, and the scenery is tough to beat. Once you’re packed up and before you head out of town, take a drive along our scenic byways and enjoy the picturesque views of the mountains and the lakes.
