Glenmore Mansion Candlelight Tours
Experience the magic of the holiday season at Glenmore Mansion.
Candlelight Tours will be available the first two weekends of December. Details are as follows:
Friday, December 6; Saturday, December 7; and Sunday, December 8 – 5 PM – 8 PM
Friday, December 13; Saturday, December 14; and Sunday, December 15 – 5 PM – 8 PM
Live Christmas music each night! Mrs. Julie Wright’s Studio piano students will play seasonal keyboard music in the ball room December 6, 7, 8, 13. & 15, then The Southern Saphire Acapella Quartet directed by Daine McGrath of Jefferson City will sing seasonal selections on Saturday, December 14th.
Adults are $10, school aged kids $5, and preschool aged kids are free
Parking can be found on the west side of the Mansion in a grass parking area
No reservations are required, you purchase tickets upon arrival, and new groups are admitted every 15 minutes – with the last tour coming through at 8 PM.
Tours are self-guided. Travel at your own pace.
Be sure to visit the gift shop on the second floor! And children under the age of 12 may participate in a “Find the Mouse in the House” game where they locate a silhouette of a mouse in each room and will receive a Glenmore bookmark for playing!
