Dandridge Yacht Club Boat Parade
Nothing says summer quite like a patriotic boat parade on Douglas Lake! Decorated boats of every size, from pontoons and fishing boats to kayaks and personal watercraft, will gather at Marker 8 before cruising across the lake in a sea of red, white, and blue.
Don’t have a boat? Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the parade from the shoreline while cheering on the participants. It’s one of the most unique Fourth of July traditions in East Tennessee.
Celebrate the Fourth at Lakeside at the Point Resort & Marina
Lakeside at the Point is hosting an unforgettable evening of lakeside dining, waterfront views, and one of the area’s biggest fireworks displays.
The celebration includes:
- Spectacular fireworks beginning at 10:00 PM
- Reserved waterfront table seating from 6:00 PM–11:00 PM for the best views of the show

Lakeside at the Point Resort & Marina
In honor of America’s 250 Celebration, the Point Resort is hosting their largest fireworks display ever! The show is set to begin at 10:00 PM and can be seen from many locations in Downtown Dandridge and by boat.
Swann’s Marina & Campground
Beginning just after sunset on July Fourth, come by land or boat for the annual Swann’s Marina and Campground fireworks show!
Black Oak Marina
Celebrate Independence Day with another spectacular fireworks display over Cherokee Lake. Additional viewing information will be announced by the marina before the event.
