Douglas Lake, Dandridge Ramp and Boat Dock Access Fishing Tournament Request Form

Jefferson County Department of Tourism assists with the scheduling of fishing tournaments at the Douglas Lake Dandridge TWRA Ramp and Dock.

Organizers can apply to schedule a tournament, or request sponsorship/host fee support for qualifying events. All applications must be submitted online and include required documentation. Approval is based on scheduling availability, event impact, and compliance with state and local guidelines

Please be advised: The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) manages the Dandridge Boat Ramp. This ramp is a public facility and cannot be reserved for exclusive private use. Jefferson County Tourism assists with scheduling and will post tournament dates on its website; however, there is no formal reservation process beyond notifying Jefferson County Tourism, TWRA, and the Town of Dandridge.
If your event requires Town services—such as police support, trash management, or significant use of the dock and power—please complete an application with the Town of Dandridge.
