TVA Special Event Application Information

ALL events using the Cherokee Dam TVA Ramp and Reservation must submit a Special Land Use Application. Upon approval, Jefferson County Tourism will provide a TVA Event Application Package that includes:

Application & Disclosure Form
Certificate of Insurance (Must be active on days of event and includes a waiver of subrogation and the following statement: The United States of America, Tennessee Valley Authority and their respective agents, servants, and employees are named as additional insureds)
Event Plan
Event Layout Map
Check made out to TVA in the amount of Five-Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
